About Jincy’s

Jincy, our founder, always had a desire for starting her own business to create fun experiences that combine her artistic passion with her culinary delights. After graduating with a degree in early childhood education, she pursued a culinary degree at Northwest Culinary Arts in Portland, Oregon. Upon completing the program, she began working in restaurants for a few years before deciding to work with children in the education system.

The seed for Jincy’s was planted when she began hosting an annual wine, cheese, and dessert party that eventually lead to friends and family asking if she can help with their events. Her excitement for creating experiences that make people feel special lead to officially launching Jincy’s, a company focused on high quality charcuterie. She now provides services for private parties, corporate events, and pop-ups in communities and at local vineyards across Oregon.

Jincy’s also builds custom charcuterie boards, wood bowls and more products for the display services we deliver. People are excited about owning our wood products so we decided to offer them to our customers so they can make their own experience at home.
